Basil Packaging Trials

This afternoon a little bit of basil was harvested to see shelf life after harvest in three ways:

Zip locked stored in fridge
Plastic sealed stored in fridge
Zip locked stored on counter room temp
Plastic sealed stored on counter room temp
On counter in a vase filled with water topped up as it evaporated
